Better For You Pimento Cheese

I got away from my posts about healthy eating for awhile but thought I would post this.  I've never made pimento cheese but wanted to try to make a healthy version.  I used low fat grated cheddar cheese and some low fat grated mozzarella cheese. I added a little low fat cream cheese, some fat free Greek yogurt, a little low fat Ranch dressing, some low fat mayonnaise and about 3 teaspoons of diced pimentos. Added some pepper and mixed with a mixer.  My husband said it was the best pimento cheese he ever ate.  (Maybe he had to say that!)
