Road to Soliture Landscape Quilted Fabric Postcard

A fence lines the road along this secluded area of the countryside in this quilted fabric postcard. The only thing that can be seen are the green fields and the mountains and some bright yellow wildflowers growing alongside the road.

*4” by 6”
*Satin stitched on the edge with pale green thread.
*Can be mailed in the clear mailer provided.
*Colors are light sky blue, blue gray, springs green, olive green, celery green and bright yellow.
*The back is a crisp white fabric.
*Created by using layers of fabric and stitching each layer.
*Inspired by a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Each quilted fabric postcard is individually made with much attenion to detail. All my art quilts are different even if it is a similar scene. Many of the themes come from the things I enjoy doing: hiking, camping, taking a walk and observing nature.

Send this quilted postcard as a greeting card for any occasion: Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, birthday. When it is received, it can be framed or displayed on an easel and kept forever. Send this postcard art quilt to remind a friend of a special outing or evening.
